• All articles should be between 300-500 words.  If you have a more in-depth topic, please break it into 2 or more parts that span across multiple issues.
  • Each issue has a specific Theme for that month.  You can choose to tie your articles to the themes of the month or not- that is optional.
  • Feel free to mix it up.  In addition to submitting articles, you can also write a Top 10 List, provide Quick Tips, etc.
  • If there are specific images you would like to accompany your article, please provide them. Otherwise, the Editor will select images that best compliment your article and the magazine.
    • Typically, 1 image per 150 words is ideal.
    • You must own the rights to the images- either because you took the photos yourself or because you have purchased the rights to use them. (I personally use www.123rf.com.  Images are only ~$2 each based on the size.)
    • Images should be high quality and as large as possible- at least 700 pixels, which is size M on 123rf.  If you have something smaller, you can send it anyway but we may not be able to use it.
  • Please send all articles and images here prior to the deadline each month.
